Beijing Strategy Law Firm is a comprehensive law firm that mainly provides high-end commercial legal services to clients. In 2020, it was restructured as a special general partnership law firm. Headquartered in the Raffles City office building in the golden zone of Dongcheng District, Beijing, it now has offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Suzhou, Haikou, Hohhot, Baotou, Zhengzhou, Taiyuan, Xining, Urumqi nationwide. Branches in key cities such as Tianjin, Hefei, and Hangzhou are currently being prepared.
In terms of overseas strategic cooperation, we have long-term partnerships with MT Law Firm and Austin Law Firm in the United States, Peterson Law Associates in the United Kingdom, and; Lai Tak Chi Pak Law Firm in Hong Kong; Establishing cooperative relationships with institutions such as Nevett Ford Lawyers Melbourne in Australia and CC Sociedad Abogados in Spain to jointly promote the development of foreign-related business and expand international layout.
On August 8, 2024, the Suzhou office was officially approved for establishment!
On November 28, 2023, with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice and the joint attention and support of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Shenzhen office was officially established!
On February 9, 2023, with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice and the joint attention and support of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Guangzhou office was officially established in Guangzhou, a millennium commercial capital city!
On September 20, 2022, with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice and the joint attention and support of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Justice, the Xi'an office was officially established!

Celue Xining Office was officially set up, and it became the fifth branch office of Celue.
After approved by the Department of Justice of Hainan Province, Celue Haikou Office was officially approved to be set up. Followed Nanjing Office, Huhhot Office, and Baotou Office， Haikou Office became the fourth branch office of Celue Law Firm.
Celue Baotou Office was set up. It was the third branch office of Beijing Celue Law Firm.
Celue Nanjing Office was set up. Lawyer Liu Mingjun acted as Office Director.
As scale of the Firm was greatly expanded, it moved from Chaoyangmen SOHO to Raffles Office Building, in CBD area of Dongcheng Dist. New office covered around 1,000 m2. Both office environment and strength of the Firm were greatly improved.
The first branch office of the Firm, Celue Huhhot Office was officially established.
Party branch of the Firm was set up. Party building work was carried out effectively in the Firm, with party member lawyers actively recruited and greatly encouraged, and other lawyers in the firm led to develop various theme activities jointly.
The Firm moved to Room 1001 of Chaoyangmen SOHO. Management team and operation mode of the Firm were fundamentally reformed after the move, and the Firm embraced a new period of rapid development.
Beijing Celue Law Firm was established in Oct. 2005, initially named Beijing Lihua Law Firm, and renamed as Celue in Mar. 2011. The Chinese word “Celue” was registered as a trademark of legal services in Feb. 2012.
